Do you feel the worse of yourself because your emotion is running out of your control at times? Do you condemn yourself because you have a set of Christian standard to fulfill? You measure yourself by your own standard, you assume you are Christian and you are to act like a perfectionist???
Do you think that God is after someone perfect??? Do you think God would fire down His anger against you just because you have lost your temper over something few hours ago or even now? Do you picture an angry God who will point His finger against you or how do you picture God? Please close your eyes for a moment and let God speaks clearly to you....
Can you hear the gentleness of God speaking 'love' to you?
Do you know that God does not create 'robots' so that we don't make wrong moves, we don't make any mistakes. As you know 'robots' have no feelings, they will only follow instructions and directions given by the owner. 'Robots' cannot cry a pool of tears, they might manage to fake the smile like human does. However, we know 'robots' are robots - machine not human beings.
God created humanity for a reason, as human being we have all sort of feelings and emotions in us that truly make us 'human' and not robots. When we encounter disappointment, we might cry, we might yell, we might scream or when we encounter something joyful, our happiness will be shown naturally. Very seldom will we hide our happiness, we would only hide our sadness or disappointment from others somehow. God as the Creator of all humanity, He knows our emotions and feelings on the insider of us. We do not need to fake it in front of our Creator. Why should we? If God is indeed our Creator, surely He will know us inside and out. Yes, He knows you inside and out, and He knows me inside and out. We do not need to hide it at all because we cannot cheat God!
Instead of hiding or faking our emotions or feelings. God would rather have us be 'honest' with our true feelings. God values 'honesty' a lot. If God does understand us completely - inside and out. Why do we need to feel condemned? Does that feeling of condemnation come from God Himself at all??? The answer is NO. God does not condemn us and if He does, we should ask this question next: If so, why does Jesus need to die for our sins? God does not need to send His only Son to die for us then, since we deserved for our condemnation and judgment of our sins.
Clearly enough, we know that God loves us, God sent Jesus to die for us so that we can have a renewed relationship with God, we can approach God asking for anything through His son Jesus Christ when we pray in His name. Jesus died for all of us so that we will not be condemned by the devil - Satan anymore. God is NOT THE ONE condemning us but Satan!!! I will say that again, God is NOT THE ONE condemning us but Satan is.
Only when we are clear of this - knowing this important truth that we will be truly set free from guilt and condemnation. Only then will we have the correct understanding of what God is really like. He is not an angry God towards His people. If you have confessed God as your Lord and Savior, you are His children, you are part of His family already. Rest assured that God has pardoned and forgiven you, He does not count your sins anymore. You are forgiven and loved! You are forgiven and loved! Praise be to God, for His mercy and grace!!!!!
Now, we need to be certain that whatever feeling of condemnation comes your way, you need to say a firm NO NO NO! You need to declare that God loves you, you are His son/daughter, you are part of His family forever, no longer will you be condemned anymore and please declare to Satan, ask him to GO AWAY in Jesus' name. Amen.
Know this, if we are already perfect, we do not need God in our lives anymore. God is not after someone perfect but God is after those who are seeking after Him, those who are looking for His help, those who are relying on His strength and wisdom. God wanted us to run back into His arms for safety!!! God does not want us to run away from Him, stay away from Him because of guilty feelings. God wanted us to go back to Him, go back to Him and seek His help and strength, Amen.
As human as we are, we will have all sorts of emotions and feelings...that's make us a NORMAL human being as well. There will be times for us to cry, another time for us to laugh and cheer. Surely we will have those feelings and emotions. Just that if our emotions or feelings cause others to fall and sin. We are to say sorry to God immediately, to deal with it before God's throne. God is faithful to forgive us and to strengthen us again. Trust in Him - Rely on Him - Draw your strength in Him. Remember, we are only humans and God knows this, it is okay to make mistakes. We all learn from our mistakes by the way, don't you agree? It is a no big deal to God as long as we say sorry to Him and repent. Amen.
